High Thermal Performance
The components for our garden rooms are constructed to building regulation compliant for use as a building extension.
Other garden rooms available are not required to meet these high level of regulations, this means it will cost more to keep warm.
In contrast our garden rooms will be 2x warmer than any other premium garden rooms & will maintain the warmth in colder months.

Easy & Fast Build
Our garden room are built as modular structures almost like a flat pack ready to be constructed on site. Depending on your foundation choice your garden building will take a maximum of a week to build
They're composed the same way Ultraframe have been building conservatories for over 30 years, so we know the build process will run smoothly.
We can also use a pre-finished internal wall which doesn't require plastering, saving you time & money.

Fade Free Exterior
Exterior is constructed from aluminium & powder coated with RAL 7016 anthracite paint, your garden room will still look as fantastic as it does on the day of installation as it will in 30+ years.
Our choice of cladding will last the life of your garden building & are completely fade free too apart from our composite range which will fade by 10%.

Made to conservatory and building extension quality, they have a lifespan of 30+ years. So you know your garden room from Luxury Outdoor Spaces will stand the test of time.
Most of the components are guaranteed for 10 years. Our Gardens Rooms are intended for use with grey claddings, whether you choose cement boards, composite, or aluminium cladding, they are low maintenance and won’t fade quickly like alternative timber claddings.

All our garden rooms are constructed with RAL 7016 anthracite grey powder coated columns, panels & fascia.
There are 3 options for doors depending on the size of your garden room which are; French, Sliding or Bi-Fold.
You then have the option of grey, white or grey & white windows & doors.
There is a choice of 5 of our standard colours of cladding in stock or choose from an array of colours to order.
