ABOUT OUR ELEGANCE RANGE

ELEGANCE 'STANDARD' / 'PREMIUM'

Our Elegance range is comprised of 2 models – the 'Standard' and the ‘Premium’. Both are externally clad in an extremely resilient, resin-treated, engineered-wood timber which can be painted any colour and requiring minimal maintenance.

The ‘Premium’ model can be identified by a roof overhang.

Both versions have additional available options ranging from electrical packs to extra windows.

Engineered Timber Frame

This is an precision engineered timber frame system using the highest grade timber 'TR26' & when built it has immense strength properties.

BUILD OVERVIEW

Pre-constructed timber frame sections are fixed together to build the base, which is insulated & wrapped with a waterproof membrane.
Same sections used to build walls & roof.
OSB is fixed to exterior.
Roof & walls are insulated.
EPDM roof kit applied & fascia fixed.
Insert door & fix.
Breathable membrane installed.
Batten & clad the exterior.
